Create formula that "resets" when it reaches a new date?

    Hi

I am trying to create a formula that looks at a pivot table, and then finds averages of some numbers. I do not have access to change anything on the pivot table as it's an import from PowerBI, but I need to consolidate some of the queues in to one.
Ive made a XLOOKUP formula that works for the first day as intended, but I dont know if its possible to make it "restart" at a new date and only calculate the values within the given date area?
Also Im not sure if this is important, but on weekends (saturdays and sundays) only 4 queues are open; Q1, Q3, Q9 and Q12.
It should mainly be the same queues every day with no extra queues, but if possible I'd like it to be dynamic so that it works even if theres suddenly 13 queues (the names wont change, but the order might, so Q10 will still be Q10, even if we add a Q9.5). This last part however is not important.

    Team 1 = avg of Q1 and Q3
    Team 2 = avg of Q2 and Q10
    Team 3 = Q5

Ive made an example in the attached excel of what I would like it do; the left side is the wrong one and the right side is the correct one.

    I hope its possible

    Thanks in advance

In my tests the formula worked well.
