Conditional Formatting with mutiple rules

Good afternoon!

I am trying to figure out a formula to get cells in the B Column to turn red if it past 7 days of the date entered into that cell. Unless Column A shows "yes" then I do not want any formatting.

Is this possible?

I was able to find a workday() formula for the +7days=Red, but i've since lost it, and can't find it again. Appricieate any help on this.
