Find the first Date that i hit below my ROP

I need to find a formula to help me obtaining the first date header that my qty on hand drops below my reorder point. I have an old version of excel and can't use xlookup. I tried if error match index aggregate combine formula and does not work. MY ROP is column C and the Line of Balance months are columns N thru AU. If I don't reach below my ROP I want it to say Healthy. lob.xlsx
