Predition of three neurals

Good day

Please refer attached spreadsheet with 3 neutrals with its predictive outcomes.
in B2 to B10 the finishing positions. ( W1 Points allocated)

in Y2:Y10 finishing positions for 2nd neural
in AQ2 : AQ10 finishing positions for 3rd neural.
in BM2 :BM10 the results .

I require a formula in BB2 the sum up Number 1 -9 the total value of all neutral's ( points W2:W10 , AO2:AO9 , AZ2:AZ9).

In BC2 the lowest neural point for number 1 up to number 9
In BD2 the highest point for Number 1 up to number 9 .
