Date rollback when converting from UTC to MST

Hello all! I am new to the forum and have already found a bunch of useful threads. However, I could not find one that completely answered my questions. I have data/time (UTC) data that is exported as text, 2/28/2024 3:09 AM. I know how to convert the UTC to MST. Is there a way to roll back the date when the conversion from UTC to MST results in a time from the previous day? Is there a formula that would look at the UTC date/time, subtract 7:00 from the time, and also roll back the date if the new MST time was the day before?

    Example: 2/28/2024 3:09 am converted to 2/27/2024 2009

    I appreciate any help!!

You mean add or subtract 7/24? Just that?
