    Creating lists with multiple criteria

    Hello all, thank you so much in advance for your help with this problem. I'm sure it's been answered before but I can't find it.

    I have a list of names and banks with corresponding balances. If the balance breaks a certain threshold I'd like the name, bank, and balance to show up on a report automatically.

    If there were only 1 bank per name, I have ideas how to make this work. But having multiple banks per name is what's tripping me up.

    Could you please see the attached sample? It shows the lists in one tab and the output I'm looking for in a second tab.
