Conditional formating multiple tabs

Hi all,

I am trying to set up a conditional format to highlight if the 3 tabs have the same value. For example if all 3 tabs in the attached have dealer A I would want it highlighted.

I am trying to use something along the lines of COUNTIF(A2:A9,C2)>0 for just 2 tabs but it doesn't seem to be working . Can someone assist? TIA
