I am trying to make a quiz show game for high school students. i have a bank of 500 questions and answers. I have column A numbered 1-500, column b is the questions, column c is the answers. I use the RANBETWEEN function to generate random question. I then use VLOOKUP function to display the Questions from column b, but cannot figure out how to get the answers from column c to show. Also how would i make the questions not repeat? thank you all,
It depends on how many Qs you want to display and other factores.
please upload a SMALL sample sheet to show us what you expect to see. Also what Excel PRODUCT are you using (O365, Excel 2021, Excel 2019... or something older)??
?10 means nothing... maybe Windows 10, or Excel 2010?? Knowing the PRODUCT has a HUGE influence on the answer.

Sorry, it is excel 2016. I just want 1 question and answer at a time. example attached. sheet 1 is the test bank, sheet two is the quiz game with the question and answer. the "host" will ask the questions and be able to see the answers but the students will not. it is similar to jeopardy.
You can perhaps use the Rand and Rank functions to generate x random questions. Not sure how you'd show them one by one though, as the questions identified change each time the sheet is calculated.
In the attached file, calculation is manual, so manually recalculate (F9) to generate new questions.
