Hello,
Is there a way to fill columns X and Z by selections made in cells V4, V7, and V10.
I have manually entered for Start at 12:00 am, End at 11:59 pm, with duration of 15 minutes.

If that takes care of your original question, please select Thread Tools from the menu link above and mark this thread as SOLVED.
Remove ALL expected results first, then in X4:
=SEQUENCE(ROUNDUP((V7-V4)/(V10/24/60),0),,V4,V10/24/60)
and in Z4:
=SEQUENCE(ROUNDUP((V7-V4)/(V10/24/60),0),,V10/60/24,V10/60/24)
