Top performers from data contained in a table

Hi there,

How are you?

I have three columns, column A for employee names, column B for dates and column C for concepts.
The concepts are sales and visits.

In column E I want to only list the top 3 performers in terms of number of sales (employee with most sales) and in column F the number of sales. I would like that each time data is added to columns A, B and C, columns E and column F update automatically without manually manipulating columns E and F.
In columns G and H I want the same but for visits.

Can it be done with formulas?
