I tried formulas in col K, L, M, N. But I am not sure of outcome for thousands of rows.

Your file is not self-explanatory. If you are getting wrong output, please explain what the right input is and how to determine it from the data you show.
Dear 6StringJazzer,
Our financial year is from 1st Apr 2023 to 31st Mar 2024.
Col. K : Total month in FY 23-24 for which rent would be charged.
Col. L : rent for "Existing branches" is charged for all 12 month.
Col. M : if "New branch" is opened in Jun 23, then 10 months rent would be paid.
Col N. : if branch lease is expired in Jun 23, then 3 months rent would be paid.
If branch is opened on 1st Apr 23, then it should come in col M ("New branch")
So in N11, N18, N22 is showing wrong output. They should be 0.
Also my check column should be 0.
Please assist.
