    In spec/out of spec formula

    Hi guys,

So I'm trying to make my spreadsheet a bit more automated.

As you can see from the sheet attached I am entering figures in the 1-10 column's that coincide with the size column's to see if it's in spec or not. The size column's have entered the spec size's and I'm wanting the numbers 1-10 to highlight when they aren't in spec, this needs to be above and below, and I'm also wanting the column's to automate a percentage what's in spec/out of spec.

    Appreciate any help.

    Thanks.

Hi, thank you that works perfectly!

What about calculating the percentage of out of spec/in spec ranges?

    Thanks
