formula to make dropdown list change upon selections

hello,

looking for a bit of assistance here so going to try my best to explain.

the first selection option is model (C3) which has been data validated. from there, the second selection is the floor plan (C4) which has also been data validated. these will be manually selected. My issue is with suspension (C5). I have a helper formula in column D which changes the suspension option based off the model (C3), however I need a formula to change cells F8 and G7 to be the only options when their above model is selected and J20 as the specific floor plan. all other suspension options are available on the 20 other floor plans.

Is this possible?

For example, why should the cells E8 and F7 be the only options for the floor plan in cell J22?
