Filter with time window (Array function?)

Hello,

is it possible to summarize a table with time windows? Assumption: There are different time windows of 5 days for each product when sales are happening (otherwise there are a bigger gaps than 5 days between sales).
Is it possible to filter/summarize this time windows with an excel array formula?
