Completion percentage from cells containing values

Hi all,

Apologies in advance for the title, couldn't think of anything else that could help with describing this.

I have attached a sample sheet where on the red column named "Completion" I would like the percentage of completion based on the number of review delivered.
When there is a percentage score on each "Procedure review" column that means a review has been completed.
When there is a date present on the "Delivered" column that means the review has been also delivered.

e.g.
On the first row of the table it's a 66.6% completion rate as 2 reviews were delivered out of 3 completed.
The second row has 0% has none of the completed were delivered.
The third row has nothing as there are no reviews completed at all and therefore none to be delivered.

Could you help me out with a formula that calculates that automatically please?

If you want to have a non-zero percentage values with 1 decimal place, and 0% with no decimals, use custoim formatting (select D1 and press Ctrl+1 to see it in your file) similar to this:
0,0%;-0,0%,0% but following your local langauage setings (probably with dot insteda of comma and comma instead of semicolon)

That's great guys, I would still like to have nothing at all when there is no reviews completed at all and not a 0%, is that posible?

i missed that bit - so ignore my solution
