Not getting specific data from certain year !

Hello experts,

I have been trying to get data from 2023 (Actuals, Budget, FCQ1) which works fine but as soon as i want data from 2024, only (Budget) is working but getting error for Actuals and FCQ1.

All help appreciated !

Formula should be in those white areas, column I, K, Q and S
