Hi there,
Assuming you just entered one line as a sample and ALL records need to be listed on the Results sheet.
Assuming further that Sheet1 is the master sheet and all ID's are listed there.
Assuming the Names are always the same on both sheets, hence it does not matter from which sheet we take the name.

Put in cell B4 then copied down and cross:
=IFERROR(INDEX(Sheet1!B$4:B$7,MATCH(0,IF(ISBLANK(Sheet1!B$4:B$7),1,COUNTIF(B$3:B3,Sheet1!B$4:B$7)),0)),IFERROR(INDEX(Sheet2!B$4:B$7,MATCH(0,IF(ISBLANK(Sheet2!B$4:B$7),1,COUNTIF(B$3:B3,Sheet2!B$4:B$7)),0)),""))
the result does not matched with ID.
