How to combine data of sheets in one workbook based to multiple IF condition

hello
i have excel 365
I have a work file that contains the following
1-31 worksheets and each worksheet contain a certain range of sizes, and each size has the quantity and number of units produced on that day and often there is one or three sizes per day
2-A total worksheet with the date for 31 days and in front of each day the entire sizes in terms of number and quantity to collect those days
What I want its carry over the quantity and number for each size from the worksheet to the total sheet, but based on today's date for each size in terms of quantity and number
