Hello everyone,
I have a simple time tracker form running and I have a couple of conditional formatting rules in place. But it appears the rules aren't being followed in a particular cell and I can't figure it out.
CONDITIONS
1) There are cells for a start time (Column C) and an end time (Column D).
2) The total time is calculated and if there is a break time (Column F) during that time it is subtracted from the total and displayed in Column L.
3) There is a total time per side allowed in cell (L6)
4) The Conditional Formatting rule is simple, if the total time used is less than or equal to the total allowed time (Cell L6), then the cell turns green.
5) If the total time is greater then the total time allowed (Cell L6), then the cell should turn red.
NOTES
1) The formulas and rules worked fine in Cell L35.
2) It did NOT work in cell L31.
3) I checked decimal places as far as 10 and they were all 0s.
4) There is a calculator used to calculate the amount of allowed time (Cell L6), it is based on:
i) The amount of tables that have to be done.
ii) The total amount of time per day to work on them.
iii) The total amount of team members is entered, and the amount of teams they are grouped into.
iv) Extra Time or Touch-up time can be added which subtracts from the total time available in a day.
v) The formulas for the calculator are hidden in column P, I forgot to unhide before uploading.
I am hoping someone can figure out this puzzle, here is a copy of the file. Online Accountability-TEST.xlsm
Thanks in advance!
