Merging/Joining cell values into a new dynamic list

I have a table of data that looks like this:

    Product Size
    Product1 100mL, 250mL, 500mL
    Product2 20mL, 250mL
    Product3 400g, 10kg

I am trying to use formulas to convert this into a single column list like this:

    Item
    Product1 100mL
    Product1 250mL
    Product1 500mL
    Product2 20mL
    Product2 250mL
    Product3 400g
    Product3 10kg

I can use textsplit to make a dynamic array of the size values separated by commas but i am not sure how to set up an array to recombine the values into a single list.
