We need data from a single line
sample file attached

My crystal ball is too cloudy. I can't make out anything

Change the formulae in row 5 like this, for example:

=IF(A5="","",+A5)
=IF(A5="","",+B5)
=IF(A5="","",+B7)
=IF(A5="","",+B8)
Etc.

Then drag the formulae down.


You just need to add =IF(A5="","", . . . ) to each of your existing formulae. Change the format of the cell to General first.
