What formula can be used to select data between two dates (ie: 01Oct04 and
09Oct04), and if the information falls within that range, then post it to
another column, if not, then do nothing "0".
Thanks.

To copy the data from column B to column C, with the date in column A, put
this formula in C2 and copy down as far as needed:
=IF(AND(A2>=DATE(2004,10,1),A2<=DATE(2004,10,9)),A2,0)
It may be easier to put the starting and ending dates in two cells, e.g. C1
and D1. Then the formula is
=IF(AND(A2>=$C$1,A2<=$D$1),A2,0)

Assuming ColumnA = Date to evaluate and ColumnB = Information to be posted
In the "other" column:
=IF(AND(A2>DATEVALUE("10/1/2004"), A2< DATEVALUE("10/10/2004")),B2,0)
