Hard one to crack

Hi everybody,
I'm running excel 2000 and I'm trying to import a table from a web page and link it so that when the web page updates (manually or automatically)the data in my speadsheet updates (automatically). The trouble is the web page is on a site that needs a password to enter, so every time I try new web query, excel hits a password block. I can copy and paste manually but this defeats my purpose.

Is there a guru out there that can help me?
