Pivot Table subtotals

    Pivot Table subtotals

    Is it possible to capture the formulas that calculated subtotals in a
    pivottable and carry over in columns added along side the pivot table. My
    dilemma is I am working on a sales forecasting model where the 2004 numbers
    are all calculated with the pivot table but now I want to add the same
    columns for the 2005 Forecasting that requires user input and need to insert
    the same subtotals for the 2005 data.

    Perhaps you could use the GETPIVOTDATA function to extract data
    from the pivot table. There are examples in Excel's Help files, and here:
