In Excel how can you convert a cell formatted for time (4:30) to .

I've compiled an excel sheet for tracking my working hours to calculate at
the end of the week my pay due. The final column displays the total work
hours as 20:30 (20 Hrs 30 Mins). I would like to know how I can convert this
    to read 20.5 Hrs.
