Auto Fill question

I am running this formula:

=SUM(LARGE($C$2:$AW$2,ROW(1:15)))

It is taking 26 weeks worth of totals and pulling out the top 15 for each sales person. I have 120 sales people and their best 15 of the 26 weeks.

so its like this:

Bob Sandy 120 more this way --->
113 115
112 99
88 89
etc etc

I want to be able to drag the formula =SUM(LARGE($C$2:$AW$2,ROW(1:15)))
all the way to the right 120 times so that the $C$2:$AW$2 goes to $C$3:$AW$3 and up.

I would then need to drag the entire 120 names down so that the actual function of getting the top 15 works so that SUM(LARGE($C$2:$AW$2,ROW(1:15))) becomes SUM(LARGE($C$2:$AW$2,ROW(2:16))) and so on...

I've read your question more then 5 times, and I still don't have a clue what you want to achive. Try to give an example of what the end result should be.
