OT- Need to create an 11 & 12 man Duty Roster

HI

I need to create an 11 man duty roster to cover 7 days from 8am till
midnight Working on an average of 35(min) to 40hrs (max) per week.

Preferably a two shift pattern i.e from 8am to 4pm and 4pm to
midnight.

I also like to apply the same criteria for a 12 man roster

Can anyone assist please

HI,
I found i have to use "-" for shifts who do not work past midnight and "*" shifts that worked past midnight. then i could reference this off to dates and time. if the cell was blank then employee was off duty
