    Allowing Data Entry ONLY???

Hello and thank you in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide,

I have a spreadsheet in 03, which I want to give others the ability to enter data into, but keep them from performing any other functions, such as cell formating, row/column insertion and deletion.

Using the protection and lock features seems to keep everything from being editable, but I cannot figure out how to do this, while allowing the data itself to be edited.

    Help???

From what you provided you should be able to select all the cells you want
them to have access to then go to format cells and under the protection tab
    uncheck the 'Locked' box.

Then once you protect the sheet the should only be allowed to do data entry.
