    RE: Array formula needed

Why use an array formula when Excel has such a nice sort feature? Data->Sort

    Re: Array formula needed

Assuming that Column A contains the team name, and Column B contains the
    score, try the following...

D1, copied down and over to Column E:

    =INDEX(A$1:A$10,MATCH(LARGE($B$1:$B$10-ROW($B$1:$B$10)/10^10,ROWS(D$1:D1)
    ),$B$1:$B$10-ROW($B$1:$B$10)/10^10,0))

....confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER, not just ENTER. Adjust the
    ranges accordingly.

    Hope this helps!
