    how can I make a form number change everytime the form is opened

    when i open a form how can i make the form number change everytime i open the
    form. For example:

    Workbook 1 has form number 1001
    when i open workbook 2 i want it to renumber the form to 1002

    A simple way would be to use something like this.



    Private Sub Workbook_Open()
    Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A1").Value = _
    Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A1").Value + 1

    End Sub
