Has anybody found a seamless way to get integrations/differentions into Excel?
Has anybody found a seamless way to get integrations/differentions into Excel?
Excel is a numeric calculator, not a symbolic manipulator. What
specifically are you trying to do?

I'm using trig functions to describe a boat hull. There's a need to
calculate wetted surface area, frame lengths, etc. but my own math is
rusty--too slow and error prone for the quick design changes required.
Thanks for your response.

You might like to try
http://www.deakin.edu.au/~rodneyc/XLMATH.HTM
where you can download an Excel Workbook containing various
mathematical functions including differential and integral calculus.
Or the following which contains a downloadable Add-In
http://www.me.utexas.edu/~jensen/ORM...nit/functions/
