    two cases for countif

I have this formula right now at this moment =SUMPRODUCT(--(A3:A88="cell"),--(D388="no"),B3:B88) i want to know if you can use countif with this same format. because the sumproduct formula works if the 2 cases are true I want to know if you can have two cases in a countif formula
