Each New Excel to open in another session

I want each new excel file to open in another session of excel..Can someone
help me on how to make this possible. Thanks in advance!

I think what you are referring to is separate taskbar windows. Try
this:

>From the menu: Tools > Options > View > Show - Windows in Taskbar
(check it) > OK
