How do I find the last instance of data in a column

Ok I have a long list of data that I am constantly adding to. I have a
spreadsheet that pulls data from that page.

Each time someone pays a bill I input them into the data table. I want to
search for their last name and only show the last time they pay the bill and
    the associated data.

Need more details. Your post is too general. Be specific! Where is all this
    data?

    Details! Details! Details!
