I need functions to return the 2nd largest value. Therefore, in cell A5, I want to output the value 95. In cell A6, I want to output Orion using Excel functions. TIA!

Take a look in help at the LARGE, INDEX and the MATCH functions

In A5 use a LARGE formula.
In A6 use a VLOOKUP formula using A5 as part of it.
