How do I write an auto macro to undo filtering at statup in Excel

We are running Office XP Professional, Version 2002. I have a shared
workbook and need an macro to remove filtering from the workbook which would
run automatically at startup. Would also like this macro to return to the
first worksheet at startup too, if possible.
