You have formatted the cells as percentage. Whatever you input will be
divided by 100.
Change the format of the cells to other than percentage.

Tools>Options>Edit.
Uncheck "fixed decimal places".

I think you'll find that formatting as percentage will MULTIPLY by 100, not
divide, Rick.
Gord's suggestion (Fixed decimals) is the usual cause of these symptoms.
