I'm using pivot tables to show the total number of sales leads and sales
orders on a monthly basis from the various SOB's we have.

What I'd like to do is to take the data from each pivot table and show how
many of the leads resulted in an order for each SOB, and then format the cell
to show either a percentage or just a total.

How can I extract this data and is there a way to automate this so when I
refresh the pivot tables it also refreshes this additional data?

lookup formula has been mentioned but I'm not sure. Any help would be much
appreciated as I'm still fairly new to advanced formulas.
