If you only want the string created then:

=A1&B1&C1&D1&E1&F1

will do the trick.

But to convert a series of numbers to a number then:

=IF(ISNUMBER(A1&B1&C1&D1&E1&F1)*1,A1&B1&C1&D1&E1&F1*1,A1&B1&C1&D1&E1&F1)
