How to set up subscription due notice

Hi i am a new user and i hope you excells out there don't find this trivial.
I have a database in excel of members in my golf club. Most members renew there memberships on various days of the year. How can I flag a due date? does this make sense?
    Thanks in advance, Slindon

    Highlighting dates

    Hi

You can use conditional formatting take a look at the below

    Select Your cells
Choose Format|Conditional Formatting from the format menu
From the first dropdown, choose Formula Is
For the formula, use the Today function count the days:
=AND(A2-TODAY()>=0,A2-TODAY()<=30) - Note this gives you thirty days warning just change the number for more or less
    Click the Format button.
Select formatting options (Bold, Blue font, in this example), click OK
    Click OK

    Hope it helps
