Im working on a stock control system for my company and have so far got it to work so when stock is booked in/out the totals update and then calculate goods received not invoiced.

I have a seperate spreadsheet called re-order list using if statements which runs on an auto look up to put them in supplier order, this tells me what products are running low and what quantity needs to be ordered.

But is there a way of setting up a template file some where so that when it is run it produces a list of products/ costs etc so that the person only needs to print out that one form. Ive been struggling on this for a while and microsoft help is usesless on another post the replier mentioned something about macros and i tried recording my own but it wouldnt work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

oh and finally how do you get say row 1&2 to follow the page as you scroll up and down as on one of the sheets there is a few thousand lines and you forget what is what when oyur half way down the list.
