    Simple, I HOPE...

I’m writing up a spread sheet to help me monitor my weight. Here is the goal.

    Day--------Day Weight-----Night Weight---Pounds Gain/Lost
    11/7/2006------170------------169----------- -1
    11/8/2006------169------------171------------ 2

This is a quick example of something I want to set up... I want there to be a negative number of pounds I lost from day to night and a positive number for what I have gain that day to night.

I’m pretty sure it’s possible, I’m just not aware of how to do it any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Hi assuming you want the results in colum D paste this in to D2 (assuming row 1 has your headings)
Please Login or Register to view this content.
then once you have copy down for your full range you expect to cover.

    Regards,
    Simon
