Need help with Interpolation in Excel

Hi,

Here is a sample of my data...

0:00:00 9
0:05:00 7
0:10:00 8
0:15:00 5
0:20:00 8
0:25:00 10
This data goes on for a total of 26 hours...(it is data taken every 5 minutes for a 26 hr duration; about 312 data points)


I want to be able to interpolate the data into every second...
For example,

0:00:00 9
0:00:01 x
0:00:02 x
0:00:03 x
0:00:04 x
0:00:05 x
0:00:06 x
and so on...

Can anyone help me with a simple way to do this. Either a formula, a script, or anything. Please let me know. Thanks.
