    Drop down menu in cell

I need to have columns which have drop down menu's in all the cells for that column. I will have perhaps 8 columns each with their own data. eg Column A may have a menu of user ID's, column C may have a drop down menu of 'Yes, No or n/a'. D could have a type of complaint made box with ' Cust service, Hold time, Call platform etc. What I need to do is simply click on the cell and the drop down menu arrow appears.
I would be entering data daily in each row and would have charts etc working on the data entered.
I know I can use list or combo boxes as a 'stand alone box' but I would like them to be in the whole column automatically.
Do I need to write it in VB and if so, can I get some examples.
This may be very easy to do but I cant find help instuctions because I dont know what to search under.

    Thanks
