    Averaging minutes in pivot tables

    I have a pivot table that lists call counts and time to respond. I would like to be able to show an average response time. does anyone know how to do that.

    You've to creat a calculative field

    Hello;

    You just try creating a calculative field in pivotal table for getting the average of the field data.

    Bye:

    Figured it out

    figured this out late last night...if you open the pivot table wizard...click on layout button...then double click on the field button you want as an average...a window appears and your have several options...one of which is average.
