Conditional format 3 columns some with 0's

Hi,
I hope you can help me. I have 3 columns. I want to conditional format the lowest price of 3. I can do that but if a column is zero and the other 2 columns have values in them nothing gets highlighted. Also, if 2 columns have the same value and their value is lower than the 3rd, nothing gets highlighted either.
Please help!!!

I couldn't find an efficient way to not highlight duplicates, but in order to highlight the lowest number in a row of 3 columns, try this conditional format

=MIN($A$1:$C$1)=C1

Hopefully, someone can help you with the other part of your problem
