I have over 1000 case numbers on column B. Within columns M,N,Q,R,U,V,Y and Z I have the date and time values - ie. 2/12/2007 10:38:00 PM. For all the cells in the above columns (M-Z), how can I select all the case numbers which have only the following time "12:00:00 AM"? Case numbers that meet the above criteria should be highlighted to separate them with the other ones. Any ideas? Thx.

Select the corresponding range to highlight in column B, eg. B2:B100

    Go to Format|Conditional Formatting

Select Formula Is from 1st drop down

Enter formula: =SUMPRODUCT(--($M2:$Z2=INT($M2:$Z2)),--($M2:$Z2<>""))=0 (this assumes you are beginning at row 2...adjust if beginning in other row)

Click Format and go to Patterns tab to choose highlight colour.

    Click Ok

    Click Ok again.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
