    Hi Guys,

I have two columns with names

Now, I want Excel to retrieve/select... all the names that appear in both columns

So , I want him to search column 1 for all the names from column 2 and give as result list of names that appear in both columns, or select them...

into C1 and copy down. This will give you a count of how many times the B value appears as a substring in the A column. This can be sorted.
