combining 2 formulas markup roundup

I am trying to merge two formulas without success. The formulas work independently not together. I want the result to display in E12 and I dont want to use two cells. Any help would be appreciated.

=D12/(1-0.12),Roundup(E12,1) I want to markup d12 12% and display the result in e12 however i want the result to be rounded up to the next dollar amount.

Try this:

=ROUNDUP(D12/(1-0.12),0)
