    #VALUE! error

    Hello all,

I have a simple formula that is giving me an error and for some reason I can't see what is wrong with it. The formula is:

    =ROUND( IF(O530>0,SUM((AH531:AH571)+(AH605:AH627),-'Schedule of Values'!G2,)/(O530),0),2)

Can somebody help me repair this?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Why is there a comma after -'Schedule of Values'!G2 but no arguments following?

Also, are there any errors or "strange" entries in any of those ranges/cells.
Where there is a will there are many ways.

You'll need a SUM function for your second range, try

    =IF(O530>0,ROUND((SUM(AH531:AH571)+SUM(AH605:AH627)-'Schedule of Values'!G2)/O530,2),0)
